Property listing services are provided free of charge for six months beginning on:
October 1, 2026
and ending on:
March 31, 2027
This includes publishing listings in accordance with the free services and features available on the website during this period.
Aqar Ads reserves the right to modify the pricing system or introduce paid services in the future, and any new services or prices will be announced before they are implemented.
There are currently no paid services or fees for publishing listings.
7. Aqar Ads Liability
Aqar Ads is an online platform for displaying listings and facilitating communication between users.
Aqar Ads is not a party to any sale, purchase, or rental agreement entered into between users, and the website is not responsible for the completion or failure of any transaction between the parties.
Aqar Ads does not guarantee:
- The accuracy of all information provided by advertisers.
- The advertiser’s ownership of the property.
- The safety or quality of the property.
- The accuracy of documents provided by the advertiser.
- The final property price.
- The completion of a sale or rental transaction.
The user must carry out all necessary checks before entering into any property transaction.
8. Situations in Which Aqar Ads May Become Involved
In some cases, a property seeker may submit their details through a form provided by Aqar Ads.
In such cases, the Aqar Ads team may contact the user or advertiser to help follow up on the request, arrange communication, or provide services available through the website.
Submitting information through a form does not make Aqar Ads a party to a sale or rental contract unless a specific service provided by the website has been separately and clearly agreed upon.
9. Communication Between Users

12. Suspending or Deleting an Account
Aqar Ads has the right to suspend, deactivate, or delete any account in situations including, but not limited to:
- Publishing fake listings.
- Providing misleading information.
- Repeated violations.
- Using the website unlawfully.
- Misusing the website or other users.
- Attempting to hack the website or harm its security.
- Impersonating another person.
- Violating these Terms and Conditions.
Listings associated with the violating account may also be deleted.
