The Aqar Ads Property Listing Policy is intended to maintain listing quality and provide a safe and reliable experience for property seekers and advertisers.
By using the listing service on Aqar Ads, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to the website’s Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Who Can Publish a Listing?
Aqar Ads allows any user with an account on the website to publish a property listing, provided that they comply with this policy and provide accurate and correct information about the property.
The user is not required to own the property, but they must have the necessary right or authorization to advertise it.
2. Free Property Listings
Property listing services are provided free of charge for six months beginning on:
October 1, 2026
and ending on:
March 31, 2027
There are currently no fees for publishing listings during this period.
Aqar Ads reserves the right to introduce paid services in the future, and any new fees or services will be announced before implementation.
3. Listing Review
All property listings are subject to review by Aqar Ads management before they appear on the website.
Management may accept or reject a listing or request that it be amended before publication.
The review process may take a reasonable amount of time depending on the number of listings and the nature of the data submitted.
4. Information Required in a Listing
Listing information must be as clear and accurate as possible and may include:
- Property type.
- Listing purpose: sale or rent.
- Area.
- Address or textual location.
- Price.
- Size.
- Number of bedrooms.
- Number of bathrooms.
- Floor.
- Finishing condition.
- Property description.
- Images.
- Contact information.
- Any additional information related to the property.
Aqar Ads may modify or develop the required fields as the website evolves.
5. Accuracy of Listing Information
The advertiser is fully responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
Property information, including price, size, location, images, and description, must be genuine and not misleading.
Using incorrect information for the purpose of attracting users or increasing views or calls is prohibited.
6. Fake Listings
Publishing a listing for a property that does not exist or is not available for sale or rent for the purpose of attracting customers is prohibited.
Aqar Ads management has the right to delete any listing suspected of being fake or misleading and may also take action regarding the account associated with the listing.
7. Prices
The actual or requested property price must be entered clearly.
Using unrealistic or symbolic prices to attract users and then informing them of a different price without appropriate clarification in the listing is prohibited.
Aqar Ads management may request clarification or amendment of the price before the listing is published.
8. Images
Images used in a listing must relate to the advertised property and be as clear as possible.
The following are prohibited:
- Using images of a different property for the purpose of misleading users.
- Using fake or edited images in a way that misleads the user.
- Using images owned by others without obtaining the necessary right to use them.
- Uploading unlawful or offensive content.
Aqar Ads has the right to remove violating images or request that they be replaced.
9. Duplicate Listings
Publishing the same property multiple times in a way that floods search results or artificially improves its visibility is prohibited.
If more than one listing exists for the same property, Aqar Ads has the right to delete, merge, or amend duplicate listings.
10. Listing Content
Listing content must relate to the property and be clear, respectful, and not misleading.
The following are prohibited:
- False statements.
- Unsubstantiated claims.
- Offensive content.
- Content that violates the law.
- Data or images that infringe the rights of others.
- Any content intended to defraud or deceive users.
11. Contact Information
The advertiser may add contact information permitted by the website.
The advertiser is responsible for the accuracy of the contact information they provide and for communications between them and property seekers.
Contact information available on the website must not be used to send spam or unwanted messages or for any prohibited purpose.
12. Brokers, Offices, and Companies
Aqar Ads allows users to publish property listings, including owners, brokers, offices, and companies, provided that they have the necessary authority to advertise the property.
A broker, office, or company must clarify the nature of its capacity where necessary and must not present itself as the property owner if it is not.
13. Illegal Properties
Publishing any property or property offer that violates the laws or regulations applicable in the Arab Republic of Egypt is prohibited.
The website must also not be used to advertise illegal transactions, properties, or activities.
14. Reviewing and Removing Listings
Aqar Ads has the right at any time to:
- Reject a listing before publication.
- Request changes to listing information.
- Delete a published listing.
- Stop a listing from appearing.
- Suspend or deactivate the account associated with a violation.
These actions may be taken where this policy or the Terms and Conditions have been violated, or where there are serious doubts about the accuracy of the listing.
15. Advertiser Responsibility
The advertiser is primarily responsible for the content of the listing they publish.
Aqar Ads is not responsible for the accuracy of data, documents, images, or prices provided by the advertiser.
The property seeker must carry out the necessary checks before paying any money, signing any contracts, or taking on any financial commitment.
16. The Role of Aqar Ads
Aqar Ads is an online platform for displaying property listings, making them easier to access, and facilitating communication between users.
Aqar Ads is not the owner of properties displayed on the website and does not guarantee the completion of any sale or rental transaction.
The Aqar Ads team may contact property seekers where a user submits their details through forms provided on the website, in accordance with the available services and communication mechanisms.
17. Reporting a Violating Listing
A user may report any listing they believe is:
- Fake.
- Misleading.
- Duplicated.
- In violation of the law.
- Infringing the rights of others.
Aqar Ads management will review the report and take appropriate action in accordance with the applicable policies.
18. Changes to the Policy
Aqar Ads has the right to amend or update the Property Listing Policy from time to time in line with the development of the website, services, or legal requirements.
The updated version will be published on the website with the date of the latest update revised accordingly.
